Put that “Safe Tanning” Notion to
Bed
Many people get sunburned even
when they’re trying to be careful, often because there's so much conflicting - and confusing - information around. This includes the idea that tanning beds are safer than the sun, when they actually emit equally harmful UV rays. Worse yet, believing this myth, many stay longer in the beds than they would outdoors, thus increasing their chances of getting skin damage, developing cancer, and aging prematurely.
So,
limit your sun exposure, and always apply broad spectrum or
multi-spectrum lotion with an SPF of at least 30. And if your skin already has sun damage, we have several, ultra-effective treatments that can reverse or improve it. And remember, the best thing you can do for your skin is to put that “safe
tanning” notion to bed!
